It seems FRAPSing WAR has taken a performance hit on my machine since release. Back then I could easily play at 80-90FPS and record at a steady 30+FPS.  I'm still getting 80+FPS when I'm not recording, which is pretty good, but lately I've been recording around the 11-15FPS range. That is simply unplayable.

Any configuration tips for FRAPS? I have it set to record video at half size (25FPS) and regular audio. My current resolution is 1680 by 1055 with 4xAA and 4xAF. I have tried enabling and disabling vsync but it doesn't make much difference. I have a number of other things set in my nVidia control panel from way back in the day when people were recommending you hardcode some presets.

Should I disable my current WAR.exe options in my nVidia control panel and try running things vanilla? I still want the game to actually look good! :P

Client graphics are pretty much set to max, which might be an issue, however, I'm still getting 80+FPS when I'm not recording... Big RvR fights usually cut that in half.

I want to shoot some more videos but this current hiccup is preventing me from doing so. Boo.
